The live model we've been running finishes up on 31 December. What comes next is smaller, calmer and a lot cheaper, and because your membership is up around the same time, I wanted you to hear the whole thing from me before you decide anything.
$197 a month, or $1,997 for the year. Starts 1 January 2027.
Why I'm changing it
I have had the time of my life building this thing. Six years, thousands of women, more launches than I can count, and I'm not walking away from any of it.
What I've worked out over the last couple of years is that the live monthly rhythm asks an enormous amount of me, and most of you use the library and the planning days far more than you ever used the live calls. Some of you have told me that outright. So I'm keeping the parts that actually move your business and letting go of the parts that mostly moved my calendar.
Which is why the price comes down so far. $599 a month becomes $197.
I could have quietly kept charging $599 and delivered less. Plenty of people do. I'd rather tell you exactly what's changing and let you decide if it's still worth it to you.

I've run a lot of these now and the reason they work isn't complicated. You block out the morning, you turn up, and instead of thinking about your business in five minute gaps between everything else, you get three straight hours with me and a room full of women doing exactly the same thing.
You don't leave with good intentions. You leave with a plan for the next ninety days that you built yourself, and a very clear idea of what you're not doing.

Every masterclass, every guest expert session, every workshop from 2020 through to the end of 2026. More than 150 videos. This is not an archive that sits there gathering dust, it's the answer to most of what you'll get stuck on next year, and you can search it.
Idea to Launch
The whole course build, from the first idea through to money in the bank. How to work out what people will actually pay for, how to structure it so students finish it, how to price it, how to film it without a studio, and how to get it selling. Work through it at your own pace, or dip into the module you need.
Limited Launch Formula
The launch method behind most of the six figure launches that have come out of this community. The full runway, week by week: building the waitlist, the pre-launch content, the emails, the sales page, the open and close. Templates and swipe copy included, so you're not writing any of it from a blank page.

Join HEB 2027
Questions you might have
+My membership finishes in December. What happens?
Join now and your 2027 membership starts on 1 January, the day after your current one ends. Nothing lapses and nothing overlaps, and you keep your access to the library right through.
+Why is it so much cheaper?
Because I'm delivering less live content. The library, the courses, the workrooms and the community are all still there and they're the bulk of what most of you actually use. What comes out is the monthly live delivery, and the price reflects that.
+Will there be any new content in 2027?
Yes. As I learn new technology and new techniques, they'll go in. I'll run lives periodically through the year and they'll be added into the resource library where it makes sense to keep them. What I'm not doing is committing to a fixed monthly schedule of masterclasses and guest experts, because that's the part that's finishing up.
+Can I still come to things in person?
Yes. Her Empire Builder members will have the option to join in person retreats as they become available.
+What if I want more than this?
Empress Circle. Monthly accountability calls, an in person planning day in June, a two day intensive in November, two virtual planning days, and everything in this membership included. $797 a month, capped at 50 women for 2027.
+Can I cancel?
On monthly, yes, any time. There's no lock-in, you just need to cancel before your next payment comes out. Annual is a commitment to the full twelve months, so if you want maximum flexibility, take the monthly.
