Where It All Started
Her Empire Builder began in 2020 with just 32 founding members.
At the time, many talented women had knowledge and experience they wanted to share with the world, but they lacked the strategy, structure, and support to turn that expertise into a scalable online business.
They didn’t need more ideas.
They needed a proven pathway.
Her Empire Builder was created to provide exactly that.

From those first 32 members, the community quickly grew.

What followed was something none of us could have predicted.

Million Dollar Micro Business the Book by Tina Tower was published.
First in person retreat for members was held in Noosa
Her Empire Builder hosts the Women Online Conference, brings women together from around the globe for our first international conference in Palm Springs and hosts the retreat in Uluru as well as Hawaii! We also held our first end of year planning conference in which would become an annual tradition to get seriously organised!
Members expand into courses, memberships, masterminds and digital programs, building thriving online education businesses.We held our international retreat in Palm Springs and Port Douglas. We ran ‘Launch House’ bringing together members on the Gold Coast for a live in live launch week! The first celebration Boujee Boat was chartered to celebrate members who were high achievers and we recognised the first members who had created businesses with revenue over $1 million.
Global retreats take place in destinations including Palm Springs, the Gold Coast and Central coast, strengthening our community ties and elevating women to new heights.
Her Empire Builder continues to grow as a global network of ambitious women building businesses that create freedom, income and impact and we travelled to Noosa and Central Coast. Our members are launching books, courses, podcasts and winning awards!
